Mary Lou Hodges, 95, of Olathe, passed away on September 11, 2020 at the Olathe Hospice House.
She was born on April 21, 1925 to Walter and Amanda (Jackson) Yocum in Lenexa, KS.
Mary Lou worked as a secretary for many years.
On April 19, 1974 she married Walter E. Hodges. Mary Lou and Walter lived in Olathe, Kansas.
She was a member of Heritage Presbyterian Church and enjoyed quiling.
Mary Lou is survived by her loving Son, Jim (Linda) Cordill; Step-Sons, Glen and Gene; and Step-Daughters, Ellen and Lindy.
She was preceded in death by her husband Forrest Cordill and Walter Hodges.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, September 16, 2020 from 9:00-10:00 AM at Penwell-Gabel Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Olathe, Kansas.
A private graveside will be held.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Olathe Hospice House or Heritage Presbyterian Church.
