Mary Frock, 67, of Olathe, KS passed away on April 11, 2016.
She was born on December 16, 1948, in Jamesport, Missouri to James and Thelma (Schumacher) McCray.
Mary started kindergarten in a little red one-room school house, where she loved how the big kids would help the little ones. She later was a straight "A" student at Jamesport High School and graduated third in the Central Missouri University class of 1970. She went on to earn a Master's in Psychology.
Mary worked for over 35 years for the Social Security Administration in Kansas City as a Benefits Authorizer, and Employee Counselor, and Training Coordinator.
She served as a Board Member of the Olathe Humane Society working to raise money for shelter animals.
Mary was a sweet loving person who brightened the lives of everyone she met.
Mary is survived by her loving husband, Bill; brother Bob McCray; dogs Cookie, Freckles, and Buffy.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be given to the Olathe Animal Shelter.
