Marvin Lee Page, 82, of Olathe, KS, passed away peacefully at his home, on February 4, 2018.
He was born on December 4, 1935 to Marvin A and Dorene (Nesbitt) Page in Kansas City, MO.
He graduated from Westport High School in 1954, then attended the University of Central Missouri.
Marvin served our country in the U.S. Navy Reserves. He worked as a chemist for Sinclair & Valentine Ink,
North Kansas City, MO, and Jay Products, Cincinnati, OH.
Marvin and Julia Patricia (Pat) Page (Ballentine) were married on August 2, 1980. They were nearly
Inseparable for over 37 years.
Marvin is survived by his wife, Pat, children Darla Page Kleinhoffer (John) of Highland, IL, Rick Page
(Erika Marksbury) of McMinnville, OR, Trisha Drakulich (Ron) of Shawnee, KS, grandchildren, Marissa Kleinhoffer, Jackson and Dallas Drakulich, Oscar and Beckett Marksbury Page.
He is also survived by his sister, Darlene (Page) Logan (Chuck) of Gladstone, MO.
He was a member of First Baptist Church of Olathe, KS and was a founding member of the First Art Gallery
of Olathe, KS. Marvin was a tremendously talented painter. He was dearly loved by all who knew him.
He was wise, funny, and loved to encourage others, especially the younger generation. Marvin loved the Lord, and
this drew others to him.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 24, 2018, at 10 am, at First Baptist Church, 2024 W. 151st St.,
Olathe, KS. Visitation and light refreshments immediately following the service. Memorial gifts may be given to
First Baptist Church of Olathe Youth Missions.
