Marsha Lytle

Marsha Elaine Lytle, 67, passed away at her home in Olathe, Kansas on Sept. 26, 2016. Marsha was born Sept. 03, 1949 in Rapid City, SD. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend.

Marsha had a life-long love of literature that led her to a career as a librarian and author. Once retired, she continued her dedication to education as a substitute teacher for the Olathe and Spring Hill School Districts.

She is preceded in death by her parents Lt Col Milton Lytle and Geraldine Young. She is survived by her brother, Michael Lytle, and sister, Valerie Showalter. She was the mother of seven children: Heather Langdale, George Langdale, Robbie Borders, Kevin Borders, Renee Borders, Kelly Borders, and Logan Borders. She also had ten grandchildren.

Visitation will be Saturday, Oct. 1st at 10:00 AM followed by a memorial service at 11:00 AM at Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home in Olathe, KS.
