Margie Lucille Deal, age 91 passed away June 22, 2015 at her daughter's home in Olathe, Kansas, surrounded by her family.
She was born December 18, 1923 in Bloomington, IL, the daughter of the late Luther and Fannie Detherage. She married Paul Deal, November 6, 1942 who preceded her in death, December 2014. She was a devoted wife, a loving mother and a caring grandmother. She considered it a privilege to have been married to the love of her life for over 72 years and to be his partner in all of their endeavors including his 60-plus years of ministry.
Margie is survived by her eight children. Two sons, Ron Deal (Mellissa), Henderson, TN and Fred Deal (Pat), Hershey, PA and six daughters Karen Atteberry (Jack), North Platte, NE. Sharon Lester (Roger) , Aurora CO, Debbie Monigold (Jim McGill, Fiance) Henderson, TN, Gayle Rice (Steve) Olathe, KS, Diana Gregorson (James), Pocatello, ID and Charlene Cluff (Ray), Bellevue, NE; twenty-three grandchildren, twenty eight great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
Memorial Services will be at 11:00 AM Saturday, June 27, 2015 at Grace Community Church of the Nazarene, Spring Hill, KS.
