Margaret Louise Miller

Margaret Louise Miller, 83, of Olathe, Kansas, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, February 17, 2011 at Olathe Medical Center from congestive heart failure. The family suggests contributions to the American Heart Association and/or Grace United Methodist Church.

Margaret was born April 23, 1927 to Nelson and Emma Runzel of Alton, Kansas. Margaret was united in marriage to Eldon Miller for 65 years. Together they raised six children. She was a devoted wife, parent, grandparent and great-grandparent. She enjoyed her family and being involved with their lives. She is an active member of Grace United Methodist Church in Olathe. She also served as Chairman of the Jaycee Jaynes and was active in other civic projects.

Margaret is survived by her husband; Eldon, children; Connie Miller (Dennis), Barbara Owens, Stephen Miller (Pam), David Miller (Susan), Jerry Miller, and Karen Palmieri (Nick), sister; Mary Thornburg (Eldon), brothers; Jim Runzel (Ruth) and Richard Runzel (Donna), 14 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
