Madeline L. Boyd

Mrs. Madeline L. (DeBarber) Boyd, passed away Friday evening at her home in Olathe, KS, November 10, 2006, where she and her husband resided for seven years. She was born in Altoona, PA October 7, 1933, daughter of the late John and Madeline DeBarber. She was known as Mimi to many of her friends in Arlington, VA, where she graduated from Washington & Lee High School. She also attended Visitation in Washington, D.C. and Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, VA. Surviving are her husband, William T. Boyd, her son William T. Boyd, Jr. and his wife Theresa, of Fairfax, VA, her daughter Janice Conner and her husband Ross, of Olathe, KS, her daughter Madeline Epstein and her husband David, of Pawley's Island, SC, and four grandchildren, Ross, Lindsay, Michael and Benjamin. She also is survived by her brother John DeBarber, of Hamilton, MT and her sister Katie Zeigler of Fredericksburg, VA. A memorial Mass will be Wednesday, November 15, 2006, 9:30 a.m. at Prince of Peace Catholic Church, 16000 West 143rd Street in Olathe.
