Louise E. Frost, 88, passed away on April 28, 2010. She resided in Lenexa, Kansas from 1973 until 2007 when she moved to Aberdeen Village. Louise was born February 19, 1922 in Seligman, Missouri to Thomas and Mary Galyen.
Louise was a member of the Overland Park Church of Christ. She served the church through many volunteer activities and was the church secretary for many years. She was also a Johnson County Master Gardener. Her faith, family, and friends were of utmost importance to Louise. She was an exceptionally talented seamstress and cook. She had many varied interests and was a lifelong learner.
Louise married George M. Frost on November 29, 1941. She was preceded in death by him in August 1976. She was also preceded in death by three brothers and three sisters.
She is survived by her daughters, Jill Butler and Judy Scofield, and her grandchildren, Grant Butler (Amie) and Sara Scofield. She is also survived by her sister, Cleo Franks, Atlanta, Georgia.
