LOUIS E. BUNTIN, age 77, passed away July 4, 2006 in Olathe, KS. Visitation will be held on Friday, July 7 from 5:00pm to 7:00 pm at Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home, 14275 S. Blackbob Rd, Olathe, KS. A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 10 at 11:00am in Eshelman Chapel at Highland Cemetery in Pawnee, OK. Poteet Funeral Home, Pawnee, OK, entrusted with arrangements. The family suggests memorials to the American Heart Association.
Louis was born on July 18, 1928 to Robert and Marie Buntin. He was an active member and officer of the Local 3 Marble, Tile, and Stone Masons for 46 years. In his spare time, Louis enjoyed fishing, hunting and camping with his family.
He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Velma Buntin, his children Deborah Bryant, Nancy Haney and Louis Buntin, Jr., five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. To leave a message for the family, visit www.PenwellGabel.com.
