Lou Ann Titus

Lou Ann Titus was born on July 11, 1935 in Simpson, Kansas. She moved to Garden City, Kansas in 1948 and moved to Olathe, Kansas in 2022. Lou Ann passed away on April 7, 2025 in Olathe, Kansas.

Lou Ann was a proud business owner of a children’s and maternity store for over 35 years in Garden City. She collected dolls, enjoyed growing flowers, loved reading and working puzzles. She was involved in the Garden City Garden Club and volunteered for the Finney County Public Library. She was a long-time member of the Lee Richardson Zoo in Garden City.

Lou Ann is survived by three children, daughter Deborah Martin of San Marcos, Texas, son Doug Martin of Olathe, Kansas and daughter Michelle (Dale) Heuszel of Salina, Kansas, four grandchildren, Zachary Heuszel of Las Vegas, Nevada, Amanda Heuszel of Kansas City, Missouri, Nicola Rojas of Plano, Texas, and Alexandra Rojas of San Marcos, Texas. She is also survived by her sister Pat (Chuck) Wilson of Castle Rock, Colorado, nieces Suzette McAtee of Denver, Colorado, Corre Short of Denver, Colorado, nephews Brett McAtee of Casa Grande, Arizona, and Curt Wilson of Nashville, Tennessee. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Beulah Woolman, and sisters Janice McAtee and Linda Woolman.

Lou Ann has been cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
