Lendall L. Rowden, 85, Olathe, KS, passed away sweetly, surrounded by family, singing, prayers, and praise on Saturday, April 28, 2007 at Liberty Christian Life Center. Lendall, a life-long Kansas City resident, served his country in the Merchant Marines, worked as plant manager for Francis Gee Garment Co. and later retired from Lock Joint Pipe Company. He was known for his joy, encouragement, and prayer.
Mr. Rowden was preceded in death by his parents, wife Nellie, and his son; Ron. He is survived by his wife; Irene, a son Gary and wife Candice Rowden, and a daughter in law, Jeanie Rowden, 14 grandchildren, and 22 great grandchildren. We will never be the same without him.
