Rabbi Larry W. Davis entered the presence of the Lord on Saturday, February 14th, 2009 with his children around him. Rabbi Larry W. Davis was born December 8th, 1951 at Ku Medical Center in Kansas City, Kansas to parents Magnolia Jean Harris and McKinley (MC) Davis. Larry attended Wyandotte High School and was an avid football player. Rabbi Larry W. Davis married Sandy Lee Wright in 1971 and they had three children.

In 1980, Larry moved to Olathe, the city he loved with all his heart. Here he raised his children. In 2007 Rabbi Larry W. Davis started Beth Ezra a Messianic Ministry and in 2008 founded Beth Ezra Academy.

Rabbi Larry W. Davis will be remembered for his larger than life personality, his great gift of love and acceptance for all persons, and his intense love for his Savior Jesus Christ. He personally impacted thousands of lives and had a love for all people. His dreams are his children's vision and his legacy will continue with them.

Rabbi Larry W. Davis is survived by mother Magnolia Jean Harris, sister Karen Miranda Madison, brother Michael Anthony Garlington, His three children Tabitha Lee Davis, Noah Wayne Davis, Moriah Lee Davis and three grandchildren, Karla M. Davis, Aurora Rose Dewberry, and Carter Alexander Sebastian Dewberry. Additionally he had two nieces Miranda Madison and Nicole Garlington.
