Larry A. Sanderson, 70, of Overland Park, KS passed away Wed. Sept 19, 2012 at St. Lukes Hospital on the Plaza.
Larry was born August 14, 1942 in Seattle, WA to Lloyd and Mildred Sanderson. He grew up in Claremont, SD. Larry worked many years in the finance and accounting fields in different locations throughout the United States. He returned to Kansas City in 1990 where he finished his career and retired in 2011. Larry was an avid sports fan and had an amazing knowledge of professional and college basketball. He cherished the time he spent with his children and grandchildren, as well as his family in South Dakota.
He was preceded in death by his parents and is survived by his son Kevin, daughter Suzanne Turley, grandsons Jake and Lane, sister Carolee, brothers Leonard and Lorrie and many nieces and nephews.
