Larry Jobe, age 72, passed away at home in Olathe, KS on March 6, 2015.
Larry was born August 9, 1942 in Neosho, Missouri to Vernon and Eula Jobe. He was a graduate of Neosho High School and served in the United States Air Force from 1961 to 1965 when he was honorably discharged after serving overseas. Larry received a Masters degree in Business Administration from Webster University in 1983. He worked for the Western Electric/AT&T/Lucent for 30 years as an Engineer and retired in 2001.
Larry is survived by his wife of 49 years, Betty Jobe, his children Bunnie (Harry Willson), Ricky (Judy), Melissa (John "Chip" Sitzman) and Tom and 12 grandchildren, Emily, Meghan, Jessica, Alexis, Hadley, Tommy, Ricky, Andrew, Aidan, Teagan, Finlay and Kannon. He is also survived by his sister, Linda Gilmore. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brothers, Jim and Randy.
Larry lead a life dedicated to his family. He loved fly fishing and a fast computer.
