Khamsouk was the loving husband to Fanh Keomany Phrommany for 61 years.
Khamsouk's early life was devoted to his studies, finally completing it in the field of International Law, receiving his last diploma in 1965. Graduating top of his class, Khamsouk's diploma was handed to him by Thawi Bunyaket, Prime Minister of Thailand. Khamsouk then became an elected Governor of a small town in Northern Laos, Hongsa.
After immigrating to United States in December 6th, 1980, Khamsouk remainder years were enjoying reading about all religions and an avid follower of collegiate and professional American basketball.
He is survived by his Wife, 7 Children, 16 Grand-kids, 4 Great Grand-kids and his brother Phoummy Phrommany.
He is preceded by his Brother Kongsy Phrommany, Brother Khamphanh Phrommany, and Sister Chanpheng Phrommany.
