Kenneth Irving Withrow, 88, of Olathe, Kansas passed away on Saturday, June 15, 2024. Ken was born on May 8, 1936 in Denver, Colorado to Anthony and Mabel (Bossler) Withrow.
Ken grew up in Cassville, MO and graduated from Cassville High School in 1953. After high school, he found his calling in the HVAC industry and spent his working years as a HVAC technician. Ken enjoyed being outdoors and spent many of his days fishing, hunting and playing rounds of golf. He was also a member of the Shriners.
Ken is survived by his wife Jean Withrow of Olathe, his son Randy Withrow (Marsha) of Kansas City, MO, and daughter Becci Binkley (James) of Kansas City, MO.
He was preceded in death by his dad, Anthony Withrow; his mom, Mabel Withrow; two brothers, Ronald and Len Withrow; and two sisters, Georgia Withrow and Sandra Winzer.
The family will receive guests for a visitation from 10:00 to 11:00am on Saturday, June 22, 2024, at Penwell Gabel’s Olathe Chapel. A memorial service will follow at 11:00am.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions in Kenneth’s memory be made to Aldersgate United Methodist Church in Olathe, KS.
