Keith Williams, a cherished husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend, passed away on March 31, 2025, at the age of 71. Born on February 10, 1954, Keith was a true embodiment of kindness and humor, possessing a laid-back demeanor that drew people to him. He was known for his patience and ability to find laughter in everyday, making him a beloved figure in every circle he entered.
Professionally, Keith built a successful career as a produce broker, where he navigated the worlds of variety and quality with ease. Even after retirement, his need for activity and engagement led him to explore part-time jobs that kept him vibrant and connected. A brief stint as a limousine driver brought him joy, as did his part time job at local price chopper’s, showcasing his love for interaction and community connection.
Keith's culinary skills were legendary among family and friends. He found immense pleasure in cooking and baking. He was always on a quest to perfect the no-bake cookie, embodying his creative spirit and passion for flavor. He loved to golf and play cards with his family, and was always up for a casino night.
Family was at the heart of Keith’s world. He is survived by his devoted wife, Nancy, who stood by his side through all of life's seasons. Together, they nurtured a loving home for their daughters, Milisa and Michelle, who carry forward the warmth of his spirit. As a grandfather to five wonderful grandchildren—Sydnee, Jaden, Diesel, Hallie, and Makaii—Keith brought immense joy, creating cherished memories filled with laughter and love.
Keith’s legacy is also marked by the memories of his parents, Wilbur and Lucille, who preceded him in death. They instilled in him values of determination and humor that he shared generously with those around him.
Friends and family are invited to celebrate Keith's life at a visitation on April 10, 2025, from 2:00 - 3:00 PM, followed by a memorial service from 3:00 - 4:00 PM at Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home, located at 14275 S Black Bob Rd, Olathe, KS 66062.
Keith Williams leaves behind a heartwarming legacy, reminding us all of the importance of love, laughter, and togetherness in our lives. He will be deeply missed but fondly remembered by everyone whose lives he touched.
