Kathy Ann Chadwick, 71, of Overland Park, passed away on April 3, 2021.
She was born on August 12, 1949 to Ernest and Ara V. (Vowels) Henley at Lake City, AR.
On June 3, 1967, she married Everett W. Chadwick, and they made their home in Olathe Kansas.
She was a member of Olathe View Baptist Church, and she enjoyed being around her family.
Kathy worked as a Human Services Assistant for Social and Rehabilitative Service for 25 years prior to her retirement.
Kathy is survived by her brother, Jerry M (Betty) Henley, son, Kevin M. (Melissa) Chadwick, and daughters, Darla J.(Ryan) Graves and Janetha A.(Greg) Turner, 9 grandchildren and 4 great-granddaughters.
She was preceded in death by her parents, 4 sisters and 4 brothers, husband, Everett W. Chadwick, and son, Everett W. Chadwick, Jr.
Memorials are suggested to the St. Luke's Mid America Heart Institute of Transplantation.
