Kathleen "Kathy" Jean Frazier, 72, Olathe, Ks, passed away Saturday, October 28, 2006 at the Olathe Medical Center. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society and/or the Olathe Medical Center Foundation.
Kathy was born on May 20, 1934 at the family home in Sugarloaf Township, Rooks County, Kansas to Kenneth Eugene and Teresa Mable Buss. Kathy grew up in Stockton, Ks where she graduated in 1951. Following graduation she was employed at Hadley Hospital in Hays Ks. She married Eugene Frazier on November 25, 1952. Most of their years were spent in Topeka and Olathe. She was employed by The Orthopedic Clinic of Topeka and Kansas City Women's Clinic where she retired in 1995. She was a proud member of Eastern Star.
Kathy was a loving wife to Eugene Frazier, a wonderful mother to son Robert Frazier and wife Sharla, Annandale NJ, and daughter Terry Martinez and husband Joe, Topeka Ks. She was a caring sister to Joyce and husband Max Fiskin, Fairway, Ks. and Jerilyn and husband David Couch, Russell, Ks. She is also survived by five grandchildren and two great grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and her twin sister.
She will be deeply missed.
