Age 28, unexpectedly passed away on January 23, 2009 in Spring Hill, KS. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 27 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home, 14275 S. Blackbob Rd., Olathe, KS , followed by a Celebration of her Life on Wednesday, January 28 at 10:00 a.m. at Westside Church of the Nazarene, 1700 W. Santa Fe, Olathe, KS. Interment, Spring Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to My Fathers House Community Services, PO Box 452, Paola, Kansas 66071.
Katie is survived by her husband, Jonathan, her parents Kenneth and Janet Honn, her sister Ashley (Ben) Markway, her grandmother Jean Schnider, and her nephew Alexander James Markway.
