Juanita "June" Wagner Livengood White
June Livengood White passed away January 25th at Aberdeen Village Retirement Community after a lengthy illness.
June was born in Sedalia, Mo. on June 18, 1925. She was the eldest daughter of Fred A. and Mary Alice (Smith) Wagner. She had one sister, Alice Ilene (Wagner) Harrison. She spent her childhood and school years in Sedalia. She graduated from Smith-Cotton High School in 1943.
June married her high school sweetheart, Jack A. Livengood on July 26, 1943 in Kansas City, Kansas. They spent their first two years apart as Jack served in the U.S. Army Air Corp in Europe.
June was co-owner with her husband Jack of Unique Antiques for nearly twenty years. She attended the Missouri Auction School in 1975 and was an auctioneer.
June's first love, Jack, passed away in 1991 after 47 ½ years of marriage. June later married William Edward White on Valentines Day of 1995. Mr. White passed away in November of 2005.
June is survived by three sons, Kent A. Livengood (wife, Kathy), of Jefferson City, Mo., Phillip "Eric" Livengood (wife Joy) of Olathe, Kansas and Stan Christopher "Chris" Livengood of Kingsville, Mo.
She leaves 8 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
In addition to her 2 husbands she was preceded in death by her sister, parents, daughter, Linda Lou Rapps and grandson Max A. Jensen.
June was a member of King of Kings Lutheran Church in Gardner, Ks.
