April 14, 1946 — July 16, 2019

Jonette "Jo" R. Lee, 73, of Olathe, passed away on July 16, 2019. She was born on April 14, 1946 to Jay and Biantha (Rathgerber) Martin in Kiowa, KS.
Jo was born in Kiowa, Ks and ended up in Independence, Mo where she graduated from Van Horn High School in 1964. In 1970 she met the love of her life and married in April of 1970.

Jo and John settled in Olathe, Ks where they chose to raise their four daughters and go on to be a very active role model in their lives as well as her grandkids. She loved helping raise & provide daycare for many other children as well. Jo was very involved in the PTO where her kids attended school. She was her kids best friend, biggest cheerleader and never missed an event. She loved to travel and enjoy life. She was everyone's "Momma Jo or Nana". She had a contagious smile & love for everyone. There world needs more "Jo's".

She is survived by her loving husband; John, daughters Gia Lee, Melissa Lee, Megan Lee & Mandi Lee. Her grandkids, Moriah Lee, Saige Killion, Alexa Lee, Rylan Lee, Sophie Jo Lee Dijoles, and Boston Lee. Her siblings, Connie O'Donnell, Larry Martin & Kathy Martin.

She was preceded in death by her father Jay Martin, mother Biantha Martin and brother Bill Martin.

A memorial service for Jo will be held at 2pm on Saturday, July 20, 2019, at Penwell Gabel's Olathe chapel, visitation will follow the service until 4pm.

Flowers are welcome; contributions may be made to: American Cancer Society or Alzheimers Association.
