John E. Ronnau

John Edward Ronnau, 64, of Stilwell, KS, passed away at KU Medical Center after an extended illness on July 31st, 2024.

He was born in Kansas City, MO on July 16th, 1960, to Edward A. Ronnau and Dorothy M. (Flynn) Ronnau. John, a lifelong car guy, was a member of the Edsel Club at the age of 12, even though he was too young to drive his car. John attended Bishop Miege High School and the University of Kansas with a bachelor's degree in art. The majority of his career was spent at Enterprise Leasing.

John was preceded in death by Edward A. and Dorothy M. Ronnau and survived by his wife of 36 years Barb J. Ronnau from Stilwell KS, son James E. (Adriane A.) Ronnau Overland Park KS, and a grand baby due in January. Sisters Penny Gamm and Mimi Burch.

True to John's giving nature and always thinking of others, John's last selfless act was donating his corneas for the benefit of others.
