John "Jack" Krusenklaus, 84, passed away on February 2, 2013 at Pinnacle Ridge Nursing Home, Olathe, Kansas, surrounded by his children and wife.
Jack was born in Louisville, Kentucky in 1928. He was a graduate of Flaget High School and The University of Louisville where he earned a degree in Business.
Jack married his beloved wife of 59 years, Dorothy Barry. Through their married years they moved many times from Kentucky through out Indiana, to Ohio to finally settle in Kansas.
Jack is survived by his wife of 59 years, Dorothy, 6 loving children. Sons, Dave (Catie)Lexington, Ky,Richard Fairfield, Ohio, Doug (Missy)Fairfield, Ohio, Tom(Jackie)Olathe, Kansas. Daughters, Ann(Bill) Byrd, Overland Park, Kansas, Lynn (Clint) Barger, Larned, Kansas.
16 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild. Preceding him in death are his parents John and Helen Krusenklaus, a brother Bob Krusenklaus, a sister Marilyn Foster and a grandson Jack Barger.
Jack was a Veteran of the Korean War. He worked for Wagner Brakes and Lighting for 30 years, he was strong in his Catholic faith. A member of The Knights of Columbus, VFW, American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars.
