JoAnn Louise Harrow Brinkley, 79, Somerset, died March 17, 2015, after a long illness.
She was born Dec. 17, 1936, to John and Helen Blanchard. She was one of six children.
JoAnn married Weldon Craig "Casey" Harrow and had two daughters, Kathy Kush and Sue Seely. The marriage ended, and she later married Jerry Brinkley. They had one son, Jerry Brinkley II. They made their home in Somerset.
She had a great love of music and often enjoyed listening to her family band in her own living room. No one was a stranger to JoAnn in her home. She had an open door policy and welcomed everyone. She enjoyed flower gardening, fishing, garage sales and going to the boats.
JoAnn was an avid fan of any sport her son and grandchildren played. She spent many hours in the bleachers cheering them on.
She was preceded in death by her parents and three sisters.
Survivors include her husband, Jerry; two brothers, John Blanchard (Took) and Jim Blanchard (Mary); three children, Kathy Kush, Sue Seely and Jerry Brinkley II; six grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
