Jerri Sum (Cravens)

Jerri Denise Sum (Cravens), 42, of Olathe, KS passed away Wednesday June 2, 2010, at the Kansas City Hospice House. Contributions can be made to the Kansas City Hospice House or the LIVESTRONG Army of Kansas City.
Jerri was born March 12, 1968, in Columbia, MO, to Joseph and Nancy Cravens. She graduated from Moberly Senior High before going on to graduate from the University of Missouri-Columbia. She worked for Cerner Corporation in Kansas City, MO, where her performance was recognized with numerous awards. She was deeply devoted to her family especially her daughter Rachel. She enjoyed reading, scrapbooking and good times with the Mizzou Grassy Knoll Gang.
She was preceded in death by her father Joseph Cravens, step father Larry Fleming, paternal grandparents Joseph and Juanita Cravens and maternal grandparents Charles and Betty Branson.
Jerri is survived by her husband of 8 years, Jeffrey Sum, and daughter Rachel Sum. She is also survived by her mother Nancy Fleming; sister Stephanie and husband Jeffrey Attwood; brother Chuck Fleming; brother Titus Fehling; 6 nephews; 1 niece; and many aunts, uncles, extended family and close friends.
