Jeffrey Lee Waller, 68, of Spring Hill, KS passed Wednesday, April 6, 2022.

He is survived by his daughter Kerry (Ben) of Richardson, Texas, his son, Alexander (Lindsay) of DeSoto, Kansas, his mother Betty Waller of St. Joseph, Missouri, and brother Stephen (Jane), of Cape Cod, Massachusetts. He had 5 grandchildren; Ava, Soren, Elijah, Galileo, and Marina and five nieces and two nephews. His wife, Kathy Waller and father, Glenn Waller, preceded him in death.

Jeff graduated from South Holt High School (Oregon, Missouri) in 1971, and attended the University of Missouri-Columbia, graduating with a bachelor's degree in Wildlife Biology in 1975. He served in the United States Air Force for 30 years, flying many fighter planes and retiring with the rank of Colonel. He was also an air traffic controller at the Olathe Station until 2007.

Jeff and Kathy were founding members of Saint Andrew Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in Olathe, Kansas. Jeff could often be found hunting whatever critter was in season. Jeff and Kathy were married for 43 years. Jeff loved the outdoors and his grandchildren.
