JEFFREY EDWARD DENTON, 44, of Cleveland, MO, passed away June 5, 2016.
He was born February 18, 1972 in Shawnee, Kansas, the son of James and Claudia (Wellborn) Denton. He was a graduate of Shawnee Mission Northwest High School Class of 1990.
He went on to attend Fort Hays State University, where he earned his Associates Degree.
On January 15th, 2010 he married Kerstin Arnold in Olathe, KS.
He was employed with Prieb Homes, Inc., and was known as a hard-working man who was very dedicated to his job.
Jeff knew that his most important job was that of being a father, and was deeply committed to his family. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, entertaining as well as gardening in his backyard.
Jeff is survived by his wife, Kerstin Denton, his children Katelyn Marie, Mckinzie Ann, and Dakota Kay, his father James Denton, and his brother Jimmy Denton.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Claudia Kay Denton.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 10 at 2:30 pm at Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home, Olathe, Kansas, with visitation at 1:00pm.
