Jeffrey Lynn Dade, 60, passed peacefully to his heavenly home on April 16th, 2019, he was surrounded by loved ones.
He was born on February 14th, 1959 in Kansas City, MO.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Paulette Swearingen, two nieces and one step sister.
He is survived by his life partner Dee Dee Brown, brother, Charles Dade, niece, Carrie Beeker, mother, Dorothy Lamb, nieces, nephews and many extended family members.
Jeff lived in the Olathe area his entire life and held various jobs during that time.
Jeff was a caring, loving man who had two great loves in his life, his lifetime partner, Dee Dee Brown who he loved dearly and showed his dedication and love each and every day. And then there was "Sadie" their apricot Cocker Spaniel who has brought joy, companionship and light to both of their lives that only a special pet can bring. Sadie and Dee Dee will continue on their life journey and will miss Jeff every day but rejoice that he is in his heavenly home with the angels.
Those who knew Jeff and loved him would tell you he had a few things he was passionate about….Sunday afternoon KC Chiefs games, his classic Hot Wheel car collection and no one would forget his love for the "Price is Right" game show. He was a great cook, but was a bit "picky" about the food he ate.
Jeff took pleasure in the "simple' things in life and understood what truly mattered! Jeff we will all miss you but "Go Rest High Upon that Mountain".
A private "life celebration" will be held at a later date.
