Jeannie Person
Jeannie Doreen Person passed away May 19, 2011 in Olathe, Kansas She was born to Eugene Mayes and Doreen Bowman on January 29, 1942 in St. Louis, MO, where she lived for many years. She moved to Kansas in the late 1970's.
She professed a hope in Christ at an early age. Jeannie was united with First Love Ministries Church in 2000 where she served faithfully until her passing. She was a willing worker, and within the church she served in several different positions.
Jeannie worked at KU Medical Center and CedarRidge Hospital as a Registered Nurse until her health failed.
She is survived by her husband of 18 years, Kevin L. Person, her two sons Larry Schroeder of Paola, KS and Kevin L Schroeder of Spencer, West Virginia, one brother, Eugene Mayes of Long Beach, CA. She also leaves to cherish her memory six grandchildren and great grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
