Jarrett Thompson

Jarrett "Nick" D. Thompson, 76, of Okemah, OK passed away Monday October 15, 2012 at Centerpoint Medical Center in Independence, MO. In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions to the American Heart Assoc.
Nick was born July 12, 1936 in Okemah, OK to Jarrett and Margaret Thompson. He graduated from Okemah High School and went on to graduate from Oklahoma State University. He worked for Cain's Coffee and retired in 1991.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his wife of 29 Years Johnnie L. Thompson. Son Jarrett Thompson and his wife Lori of Broken Arrow, OK, daughters Debbie Ashworth and her husband John of Seabrook, TX, Renee Talley and her husband Rich of Tulsa, OK, Monte Kay Yohr and her husband Robert of Olathe, KS, and Debbie Steele and her husband Aaron of Independence, MO. 15 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. He is also survived by his brother Thomas D. Thompson of Okemah, OK and one niece and one nephews.
