She was a wonderful artist using oil on canvas, pastels and watercolor. As a younger woman, she enjoyed singing and playing the piano. She and Tadashi worked to pass on a love of the arts to their children.
As a homemaker, she was always involved in her children's school events and activities, teaching all three of them to read. She was ever supportive, attending every music and sporting event.
She lived life to the fullest with humor and vigor. She loved going to dinner with family, movies and mostly, playing cards with Jessica.
She faced her recent cancer diagnosis with grace and dignity. She fought to live every step of the journey. She embodied the true definition of courage.
She was preceded in death by her father, George Crissman and mother Mary Joan Crissman.
Memorials are suggested in care of the family.
