James G. Tarbutton, 82, Olathe, KS passed away Friday, April 1, 2005 at Olathe Medical Center. Burial Oak Lawn Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers the family requests contriibutions to First Presbyterian Church of Olathe and/or Hospice of Olathe Medical Center.
James was born January 8, 1923 in Easton, Maryland. He married Betty J. Kaspar February 24, 1946 in Clay Center, Kansas.
James was a Army veteran of WWII. He was a longtime member of First Presbyterian Church of Olathe. He was also a member of Earl Collier Post #153 of the American Legion in Olathe.
He leaves his wife of 59 years; Betty Tarbutton, a daughter; Debby & husband Ralph Morris of Chantilly, Virginia, son; Tom & wife Kathy Tarbutton of Overland Park, KS, grandchildren; Erik & wife Stacy Morris, Rachel Morris, Valerie and Natalie Tarbutton.
