James Roy Arendale, 70, of Merriam, passed away on April 1, 2017 at Olathe Medical Center.
He was born to John and Leota (Potter) Arendale at Gardner, KS.
Jim worked in marketing for Fabulous Fish .
He was a member of the Olathe Masonic Lodge and he enjoyed camping and fishing.
Jim is survived by his loving sister, Patricia Shipman, and his brother, David Arendale.
He was preceded in death by his father, John Louis Arendale, mother, Leota Irene Arendale, and John Arendale, brother.
Visitation will be held Saturday, April 8, 2017, at 9:30 am at Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home, Olathe, Kansas, followed by a time of Memory Sharing at 10:30am.
Memorial Contributions are suggested to American Society for Prevention of Cruelty of Animals.
