Hunter Joseph Jackson blessed this earth with his presence for far too brief of time. He was a fighter but went home to the Lord on July 12, 2018, after several surgeries to manage his heart condition, L-transposition corrected of the great arteries.
Hunter was born on May 17, 2018, to Heather Nicole Cramer and Brandon Neal Jackson. He lived his short life at Children's Mercy Hospital where he received excellent care by exceptional staff.
Hunter is survived by his mother and father; brother Maverick Jackson; grandparents Danny and Jody Jackson; grandmother Cathie Fisher; uncles Chase Jackson, Shaun Cramer and David Cramer; aunts Mallory Jackson, Jessica (Ryan) Slater and Melissa (Allen) Dillon; cousins Ryder Slater, Landon Cramer, Lexi Dillon and Liam Dillon.
In lieu of flowers, Hunter's parents request donations to Children's Mercy Hospital.
