Helen Audrey Osborne

Helen Audrey Osborne, born February 7, 1925 in Eudora, KS, passed away May 29, 2018. The family will receive guests for a visitation at 10am on June 20, 2018 at Penwell Gabel's Olathe chapel, a memorial service will follow at 11am. Inurnment will be at Oak Lawn Memorial Gardens.

Helen attended Baker University and Scarritt College in Nashville, TN. As a home missionary for the Methodist Church, she served in settlements in San Marcos, Dallas, and Amarillo, TX. She also worked for the USO and YMCA in CA, FL, TN, and SC, and worked for 23 years for the Juvenile Court in Olathe, KS until her retirement. She was a member of Grace United Methodist Church and the Pilot Club of Shawnee Mission for 25 years.

Survivors include, Nancy L. Osborne, Donald V. Osborne, Jr. and family, Cheryl K. Weber and family, Walter E. Osborne and family, David F. Osborne and family, Candice Ranney and family, Mark Ashmore, Jan Ashmore and family, and many cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be given to Grace United Methodist Church, Olathe, KS.
