Harold O. Clerc, 83, Olathe, KS, passed away Wednesday, Aug. 24, 2011.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to the church.
Harold was born August 13, 1928 in St. Louis, MO to Oliver & Frances Clerc (who preceded him in death). He lived in the St. Louis area most of his life before moving to Olathe eight years ago. He was a 1946 graduate of Southwest High School in St. Louis. He was a U.S. Army Veteran of the Korean Conflict. Harold was a heating and air-conditioning salesman most of his career with General Electric Company.
He was a member of College Church of the Nazarene.
He leaves his wife of 53 years; Ruth (Shearrer) Clerc, daughters; Laura (John) Tader and Kara (Dan) Pope, sisters; Norma Jean (Mel) Karr, Shirley (Bob) Marquart, and Carol (Bill) Shearrer, 7 grandchildren and one great grandson.
