Glenn Burton Dale, Jr.

Glenn Burton Dale, Jr., 70, passed away January 29, 2020 at Overland Park Regional Medical Center.
He was born October 5, 1949 to Glenn and Betty ( Woods) Dale in St. Louis, Missouri.
Glenn served our country in the U.S. Army during Vietnam, 5th Calvary, 1st Squad, 1st Platoon.
On February 6, 1982 he married Shelia Ann Mandes, and they eventually made their home in Olathe, KS.
Glenn worked as a cab driver most all of his life, and was also employed by Toadman Cab.
Surviving family include his wife, Sheila, his children Stephanie ( Kevin) Dale-Bosch, Sean Dale, and Devon (Elise) Dale, his brother Alan (Judy) Dale, and sisters Becky (Chuck) Hiatt and Barbara (Bobby) Miller.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Services will be held on Monday, February 3, 2020 at 2pm at Penwell-Gabel Olathe Chapel, with burial at a later date at Ft. Leavenworth National Cemetery.
Memorials are suggested to the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund, 1235 S. Clark Street, #910,
Arlington, VA 22202.
