Gary L. Nelson, 76, of Olathe, KS passed away Friday June 28, 2013 at Good Samaritan Nursing Center.
Gary was born Dec. 19, 1936 in McPherson, KS to Calland and Margaretta Nelson, He graduated from Spring Hill High School before going to work for Green House Flowers in KCMO.
He was preceded in death by his wife Joanne and his parents.
He is survived by his son Mike Nelson of Portsmith, England and his brother Karl Nelson and wife Margot of Lenexa, KS.
