Mr. Ruth went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, Oct 4, 2009 at Olathe Medical Center. He was born on Oct 17, 1946 in Fresno, CA to Frank Herman Ruth, Sr. and Marie Elizabeth DeMarini Ruth. He married Kathy Browne on August 3, 1968 in Fresno, CA. They settled in the Olathe area in 1978.
He is survived by his wife, Kathy, his son Alex and his wife, Jennie, and his grandchildren Mason and Kaia. He is also survived by his mother, Marie Ruth, and his brother Richard Ruth. He was preceded in death by his father, Frank Ruth, Sr.
Frank was a man of faith, and valued his family above all else. He will be deeply missed.


In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Benevolence Funds at Fellowship Bible Church in Gardner, KS, or to the Marshfield Christian Church in Marshfield, MO.
