FERN MAXINE BELL
Age 83, passed away November 11, 2009 at Good Samaritan Nursing Center in Olathe, KS. The family suggests memorials to the American Stroke Association or to Hospice of Olathe Medical Center, 20333 W 151st, Olathe, KS 66061.
Fern was born May 3, 1926 in Smith Center, KS to Elizah and Elsie Luntsford. She married Lester M. Bell on November 16, 1950 in Atwood, KS. They moved to the Olathe, KS area in 1952, where she was employed with Hallmark Cards, Dot Manufacturing, Gills Studio, and retired after more than 20 years of service with Wal-Mart as a greeter.
She is survived by her daughter Sharon (Butch) Freund, grandsons Mark Freund and Bryan (Milisa) Freund, grand-daughter Tammy (Billy) Davis, great-grandchildren Lindsey, Zachary, Chelsea, Dettie Lou, Sydnee and Diesel, and special companion, Chloe.
She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, and her brother, Vernon Luntsford.
She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
