Fayne Leland Peck,55, Olathe, Kansas, passed at home Oct. 17, 2008. Visitation, Tues., Oct. 21, 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, at Penwell Gabel Funeral Home-Olathe Chapel, followed by funeral services. Burial, Mount Washington Cemetery, Independence, MO.
Fayne was born Nov. 22, 1952, to Ozella Effie Peck & William Fayne Peck; the younger brother of Linda. He grew up in the Brookside area of Kansas City, MO. His mother owned several beauty shops. At 17 Fayne joined the US Air Force.
Fayne was an astute entrepreneur. He made his name selling oil paintings on street corners & later through hotel shows. Fayne owned and operated many businesses including Fast Affordable Delivery and most recently bought and sold for 3D Motors. Fayne achieved many great accomplishments in the business world, but family was always his top priority. He is survived by his wife Mary, second wife Heather, mother of sons; Corbin, Fayne and Jacob, and daughters Courtney and April, and his first wife Norma, mother of daughter Debbie. He is survived by many grandchildren and stepchildren.
