Al lived life with enthusiasm. He was an avid traveler, passionate golfer, and a lifelong reader with a curious mind.
One of Al's greatest joys was playing and coaching softball and baseball. He was a longtime Royals season ticket holder. Known as the life of every party, Al had an infectious energy and a natural ability to entertain everyone with his wit and humor—so much so that he was always on the guest list for every gathering.
Al’s presence lit up every room he entered, and his genuine spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him. He will not be forgotten.
A celebration of Al’s life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family encourages donations to a charity of your choice in Al’s memory.
He lived fully, loved deeply, and will be missed beyond measure.
