Elizabeth (Betty) Rose-Marie Luedtke, 88, of Olathe, Kansas passed away April 28, 2014. Betty was born September 14, 1925, in Lincoln, NE, the daughter of Alfred and Marie Heckel.
Betty was married to Harold Luedtke on June 6, 1948 in Lincoln, NE and moved to Wichita, KS shortly thereafter.
In her retirement, she volunteered at the Sedgwick County Zoo.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold, in 2011, and her daughter-in-law Sharon Luedtke.
She is survived by her two sons, Ken, and Marc (Jackie), and her two daughters, Karyn (Don) Tuttle, and Marla (Daryl) Henson, as well as her grandchildren, Amanda, Donald, Heather and Leslie, and one great-grandchild. She was deeply loved and will be greatly missed.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be given to the Good Samaritan Nursing Center. Private services will be held.
