MRS. DOROTHY I. LaRUE

Dorothy was born September 3, 1921 in Nevada, MO to Whit and Myrtle Rimmer. She married Glen LaRue on December 31, 1940 in Butler, MO. They raised their family in Sunflower (Clearview City) and Lawrence, KS. She and her husband, Glen, were avid square and round dancers, and she enjoyed camping with her family. Together, they were members of NCHA, now know as Family Campers and RV's, for over 40 years. They settled in Olathe in 1966.

She is survived by her husband, Glen, of the home, her sons Glen LaRue, Jr. ( Martha), Edward LaRue (Georgia), and Kenny LaRue (Betty), and her daughter Margaret LaRue, eight grandchildren, and many great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by three sister, and one brother.
