Diane E. Keck Keepes, 62, of Olathe, KS, passed away Wednesday, April 4, 2012 at home surrounded by her family.
Diane was born Sept. 3, 1949, in Kansas City, MO, to William and Mary Keck. She was an administrator for Performance Contracting Group for 26 years. She was a very active member of Olathe Wesleyan Church. Diane volunteered her time with several different charitable organizations and loved mentoring children. Her greatest joys were spending time with her family and friends, cooking, and traveling.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 28 years, Daniel "Danny" Keepes in 2000.
She is survived by her sons Shane Keepes (Hannah), Richland Center, WI; and Joshua Keepes, Alexandria, VA; and one grandson Isaiah Keepes. She is also survived by her parents Mary and Bill Keck of Lee's Summit, MO; two sisters Sue Williams (Steve) of Stilwell, KS; Phyllis Johnston (Steve) of Phoenix, AZ; two brothers Billy Keck, Jr. (Ronna) of Kansas City, KS; Michael Keck (Michelle) of Greenwood, MO; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
