Diana Kay Pouppirt, 51 of Olathe passed away Wednesday September 11, 2013 at home.
She was born in Lawrence KS on November 3rd, 1961, and grew up in McClouth KS. She graduated from Lawrence High School in 1979. She received an associates degree from Johnson County Community College in 1997. She worked for Aeroquip, Kinedyne, and Grace Dearborn companies in Lawrence. She worked for Landmark Water Services and was presently at Freemont Industries in Olathe.
She is survived by her husband John of the home, sister J. Rebecca Newell of Kansas City, KS, two brothers Benjamin Newell Jr. and William Newell of Lawrence; two children Shawn of Shawnee, and Shawntea of San Diego, and five grand children.
She was preceded in death by her parents Ben Newell Sr. and Lorna Marie Newell and her sister Linda Howson.
