DELORIS E. KRESIN WHITTEMORE
Age 80, passed away September 21, 2005 in Kansas City, Missouri. Private services will be held. The family suggests remembrances to the American Cancer Society, 6700 Antioch Rd., Ste. 100, Merriam, KS 66204 or to Grace Hospice, 9200 Ward Parkway, Ste. 410, Kansas City, MO 64114
Deloris was born June 18, 1925 in Lenape, KS to Henry and Mattie Kresin, the oldest of six children. She retired from AT&T after almost 30 years of service. Deloris was active in the Women's Club of Brielle, N.J., and shared a passion for jazz music with Dave, her husband of 49 years.
She is survived by her husband, C. Davis (Dave) Whittemore, her sister Darleen Lantz of Topeka, KS, Nadine Vest of Osawatomie, KS, and Rosemary Casida of North Kansas City, MO, and her brother Dayton Kresin of Paola, KS. She was preceded in death by her brother, Fred Kresin.
Her family will always remember her giving spirit.
