Delmira "Delmy" DeBow, 64, of Olathe and Newton, KS passed away on July 22, 2015. She was born on August 13, 1950 to Tomas Martinez and Maria Lemus in San Salvador, El Salvador.
Delmira is survived by her mother Maria Lemus as well as her children Angela Morrow, Amanda Tyrell, Christopher Morrow, Alejandra DeBow, Angel DeBow, Abigail Acosta, her sisters Ana Morrow, Miriam Consuelo Martinez, and her brother Oscar Avila, and five grand kids.
Delmira was a foster parent for 20 years helping over 50 children. She worked as an addiction counselor for many years and served on the Johnson County Mental Health Board of Directors. Church was very important to her. Delmira was very active in the Nazarene Church both here and around the world.
