Debra Reed

Debra "Debi" Lynn Reed, 59, of Olathe, KS entered into rest on May 20, 2013. She was born October 27, 1953 in Brookings, SD. Debi was a member of the Santee Sioux Indian Tribe. She was a 1971 graduate of North Kansas City High School. Debi was employed by the Federal Government for over 20 years. She enjoyed traveling, reading, trivia, history and most of all spending time with family, especially her beloved grandchildren.

Debi is survived by her children, Meghann (Ryan) Lehn, Marci Reed and Brett Reed; her parents, Max and Deanna Beerup; siblings Kathy Knox, Jennifer Watson and Jamie Beerup; grandchildren Parker and Aubree Lehn; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her Mother, Evelyn (Jones) Beerup; grandparents, Benjamin and Maude Jones, Kenneth and Louise Beerup, Louis and Patricia Shimon.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given to Villa St. Francis Nursing Home, 16600 W. 126th Street, Olathe, KS 66062 or Kansas City Hospice and Palliative Care, 9221 Ward Parkway, Ste. 100, Kansas City, MO 64114.
